Metromont wanted to create more than an orientation video — they wanted a story that captured who they are, where they’ve been, and what they stand for. Our goal was to design a piece that blends company pride with modern storytelling, highlighting their history, values, and nationwide presence.
Through a mix of cinematic visuals, on-site footage, graphics, and an interview, we showcased Metromont’s commitment to quality, innovation, and people. The final product now serves as the first impression for every new hire, connecting employees to the company’s mission from day one.
Our goal was to craft a timeless piece that celebrates Metromont’s purpose and people. With versions in both English and Spanish, the video bridges language and culture, helping every employee understand and embrace what the company stands for.”
